Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 1, 2026

Your privacy matters, and so does the privacy of the businesses whose public information powers our product. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, and the controls you have.

01Who we are

LeadCircuit (“LeadCircuit”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a lead-generation software service operated by BrandCircuit, with its principal place of business in the State of Wyoming, United States. LeadCircuit lets customers discover local businesses and build outreach lists from publicly available business information.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you, whether you are a LeadCircuit customer, a visitor to our website, or a business whose publicly listed information appears in our service.

02Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

  • Information you provide. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and authentication details. When you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor collects your billing information (we never store full card numbers ourselves). If you contact support or subscribe to our newsletter, we keep that correspondence and your email address.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most web services, we collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, browser type, device information, approximate location derived from IP address, and log data that helps us keep the service secure and reliable.
  • Business listing information.The lead data our service delivers is compiled from public Google Maps business listings and from each business’s own public website, for example business names, addresses, phone numbers, publicly posted email addresses, websites, opening hours, ratings, and links to public social media profiles. We do not purchase, rent, or resell third-party marketing lists.

03How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the LeadCircuit service;
  • Process subscriptions, credits, and payments, and send billing notices;
  • Verify account identity and secure access to your workspace;
  • Respond to support requests and removal requests;
  • Monitor usage, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service;
  • Improve product features and develop new ones; and
  • Send service announcements, and, only where you have opted in, product news and marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use customer account data to build or enrich the business listings delivered through the product.

04Business listing data and its sources

The core of LeadCircuit is business contact information that businesses have chosen to publish publicly, on their Google Maps listing or on their own website. We collect only information that is publicly accessible, and we process it for the legitimate interest of enabling business-to-business commerce.

We take accuracy seriously: email addresses are checked against the receiving domain’s public mail-server (MX) records before delivery, and listings are refreshed over time so stale records fall out of circulation. If you represent a business and believe information about it is inaccurate, you can request a correction or removal as described in the “Your rights” section below.

05Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the service to function, for example, keeping you signed in and remembering preferences. We also use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate site usage (page views, referrers, general geography). We do not run third-party advertising trackers on our site.

You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the service from working.

06How we share information

We share personal data only with:

  • Service providers that help us run LeadCircuit, payment processing, cloud hosting, authentication, email delivery, and analytics, each bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations;
  • Your team. If you join a workspace with multiple seats, your name and email are visible to other members of that workspace;
  • Legal authorities, where required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of BrandCircuit, our customers, or the public; and
  • A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to previously collected data.

07Data retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Lead lists you create remain in your workspace until you delete them or close your account. Server logs used for security are retained for a limited rolling window. When retention periods expire, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

08Your rights and removal requests

Depending on where you live, including under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and comparable state privacy laws in the United States, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, object to the processing of, or delete personal data we hold about you.

If you represent a business listed in our data and want your publicly sourced contact information corrected or removed from LeadCircuit results, email [email protected] with the business name and the details you want removed. We honor verified removal requests and suppress the listing from future deliveries.

For any rights request, we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 30 days). We may ask you to verify your identity or your authority to act for the business in question.

09Security

We protect data with industry-standard measures: encryption in transit, access controls and role separation, isolated customer workspaces, and continuous monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to minimize risk and will notify affected users and regulators of any breach as required by law.

10International data transfers

LeadCircuit is operated from the United States by a Wyoming-based company. Our application data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure located in Singapore, and may also be processed in other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Regardless of where data is processed, we apply the same security and confidentiality protections. Where we transfer personal data from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

11Children’s privacy

LeadCircuit is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or an in-product notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
